Children's Nutritionist - Raspberry & Banana Cake Try this delicious cake that is gluten and dairy free, your kids will love it Ingredients 4 cups desicated coconut 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 banana, sliced for topping 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (extra for toppings)   METHOD Heat oven to 180 and line baking tray with baking paper.
