Children’s ear infections are inflammation of the middle ear that also commonly involves inflammation of the eardrum and a build-up of fluid in the middle ear. Children’s molluscum is a skin infection caused by Molluscum Contagiosum Virus that produces benign raised lesions or bumps on the upper layer of the skin.  They disappear on their own without leaving marks and are usually painless.   Childhood Molluscum is spread by direct contact with the lesion on another infected child or a contaminated object such as a toy or piece of clothing.
