Strawberries Benefits Kids Health

Strawberries are bright red, sweet and juicy. They’re an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are also a rich source of antioxidants and plant compounds which may benefit heart health and blood sugar control. Strawberry also contains dietary fibre which is important to feed the friendly bacteria living within your child’s gut and to improve digestive health.
