Strawberries are bright red, juicy, and sweet and delicious.
They’re an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium.
The most abundant vitamins and minerals in strawberries are high in the following nutrients.
Vitamin C. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, an antioxidant necessary for a robust immune system and beautiful radiant skin health
Folate (vitamin B9). One of the B vitamins, folate is important for normal tissue growth and cell function.
Potassium. This mineral is involved in many essential body functions, such as regulating blood pressure.

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into your Popsicle moulds and freeze overnight. (If you are not using a store-bought Popsicle kit. Remove the popsicles from the freezer after 30 minutes to insert the sticks).

To remove popsicles from their mould, run under hot water for 15 seconds and gently twist to remove.
