You can incorporate raspberries into your diet by including them as a snack or including them in smoothies or popsicles for a nutritional boost.

Try this delicious creamy treat your child will love.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Popsicle moulds and freeze overnight. (If you are not using a store-bought Popsicle kit. Remove the popsicles from the freezer after 30 minutes to insert the sticks).
  3. To remove popsicles from their mould, run under hot water for 15 seconds and gently twist to remove.
