Try this delicious silky smooth chocolatey breakfast spread - your kids will love it.



  1. Preheat your oven to degrees celsius.  Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper.   Spread the nuts evenly on the tray and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until the skins become dark and cracked.

  2. Let the hazelnuts cool to the touch.  Place the nuts in a  kitchen towel and rub them until the majority of the skins have been removed.

  3. Place the hazelnuts into a food processor and blend for 5-6 minutes, or until you have a creamy hazelnut butter. Add the oil and blend the remainder of the ingredients for another minute until creamy.
