Healthy children will love these delicious velvety brownies.
Preheat oven to 160oC. In a bowl whisk eggs, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla essence, coconut oil and sea salt.
Fold through the almond flour until well combined.
Bake in a rectangle pan on 160oC for 40 minutes or until centre is firm to touch.
Set aside to cool in the pan. For the icing, blend all ingredients in a blender. Cover the top of the brownie with a thick layer of mixture and cut into squares.
