An easy, healthy recipe for kids that uses just three ingredients: pineapple, lemon juice, and coconut milk,
- 1.5 cups chopped fresh or thawed from frozen pineapple
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
- Blend together pineapple, lemon juice, and coconut milk.
- Pour into popsicle molds, then freeze!
