Here is a super easy muesli bar recipe – the perfect snack.
250gm good quality muesli or breakfast cereal
1 cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
⭐In medium sauce, heat the nut butter and honey until a well combined and a funny consistency.
⭐Add the muesli to the nut mix and stir until well combined.
⭐Line a baking tray or tin with baking paper and add the mixture, pressing it down with the back of a spoon.
⭐Place the dish in the fridge overnight or 4 hours until the mix is set and slice into squares. You can drizzle with chocolate for additional yumminess.
⭐Store in the fridge.
