Avocado & Egg Puree

These are perfect to serve when your baby is wanting to feed themselves. Coating slices of avocado gives a helping hand to grip this slippery fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 free-range eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat a small saucepan of water over medium heat and bring to the boil.
  2. Add one egg and cook for 5 minutes, remove egg from the saucepan and allow to cool.
  3. When cool enough to touch, peel away the egg shell and egg white leaving the yolk.
  4. Puree the egg yolk and avocado using either breastmilk or bone broth.
