Ingredients
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 free-range eggs
Instructions
- Heat a small saucepan of water over medium heat and bring to the boil.
- Add one egg and cook for 5 minutes, remove egg from the saucepan and allow to cool.
- When cool enough to touch, peel away the egg shell and egg white leaving the yolk.
- Puree the egg yolk and avocado using either breastmilk or bone broth.
