Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (ghee or olive oil)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into finger-shaped pieces.
- Place the apple into a baking dish with the oil and evenly sprinkle the apple with cinnamon. Toss to combine and cover with foil.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes and the apple is soft.
