Add the carrots to a saucepan with enough bone broth or water to cover the veggies. Bring to the boil, reduce to simmer and cook until tender. Remove the carrots and allow the broth/water.

Add the sliced chicken and lemon to the pot of simmering broth/water. Add more water if needed so the chicken is covered and continue to simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Drain the chicken. Add the carrots, garlic clove and ground cumin and chicken to a food processor and blend until desired consistency is achieved – adding more water or bone broth if needed.
