24 Aug Oaty Chocolate Biscuits
Traditional oats are an incredibly nutritious grain high in protein. This important food group supports balanced energy levels for your child
throughout the day and helps to avoid the roller coaster of emotions that is associated with consuming refined grains and sugar found in processed foods

How Oats Benefits Healthy Children
Oats are a good source of quality protein, which is a lot higher than most other grains.
The major protein in oats — at 80% of the total content — is avenalin, which isn’t found in any other grain but is similar to legume proteins. Oats offer high amounts of many vitamins and minerals, such as manganese, phosphorus, copper, B vitamins, iron, selenium, magnesium, and zinc.
