Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.

  2. Blitz the almonds in a food processor until roughly chopped.

  3. Place all filling ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.  Cook until the apples soften, about 10 minutes.

  4. To make the crumble, mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.

  5. In a baking tray, add the fruit and spoon the crumble over the top and bake for 20 minutes and golden.
