Preheat oven to 180oC.
Blitz the almonds in a food processor until roughly chopped.
Place all filling ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the apples soften, about 10 minutes.
To make the crumble, mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
In a baking tray, add the fruit and spoon the crumble over the top and bake for 20 minutes and golden.
