This Bircher combines delicious fruit, oats and chia seeds to dish up a hearty amount of protein, carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. While premixed baby breakfast cereals are tempting, they are highly processed, therefore it’s best to make your own at home.
