Kids will love these 2-ingredient banana egg pancakes.  It will keep them satisfied and help to stop cravings for sugary treats.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Add the egg and mix into to the banana until well combined. 
  3. Lightly spray a frying pan with olive oil and add spoonful’s of the batter, spreading the mixture with the back of a spoon.
  4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until golden and flip the pancake and cook for another minute to two until golden and cooked through.

  5. Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of good quality honey.
