Mango Bliss Balls

These fruity bliss balls are the perfect healthy snack when you need a quick pick me up. They’re great for work or the kids’ lunch boxes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut (shredded and unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup hemp heats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried mango (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until it forms a texture that you can roll into balls.
  2. Roll into 1.5 inch balls. Refrigerate for up to one week or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
