Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add the egg and cover with cold water and bring to the boil.
- Once the water is boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and set you timer to 4 minutes for a small egg or 5 minutes for large egg. Allow another minute for cold eggs from the fridge.
- Transfer the egg to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process and to cool for easy handling.
- Peel egg, cut into half and scoop out the creamy yolk.
- Mash with a little breastmilk or bone broth for desired consistency.
- Enjoy on its own with stirred through a vegie mash.
