Peanuts Benefits Kids Health
As kids grow, they need more protein and it’s important they receive it from healthy sources. Peanuts contain more plant-based protein than any other nut and including peanut butter helps to meet your child’s protein needs. In addition to helping kids feel fuller for longer, peanuts and peanut butter also support healthy development.
