Try this creamy peanut sauce to boost the taste of meat and veggies.

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk to a small saucepan and stir in the peanut mix until well combined, keep stirring until the sauce is simmering.⁣

  2. If your sauce has become too thin, add more peanut butter. Or if it’s too thick, you can thin with more water.  Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
