Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a powerful food processor.

  2. Turn the blender on high for 30 seconds (or more for a creamier texture). Add more chickpea liquid, if desired, for a softer hummus. Loosen up with extra virgin olive oil if need be.

  3. Add the hummus to a serving plate and garnish with olive oil. And serve alongside fresh cut vegetables.
