  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for approximately 15 minutes or until veggies are soft and beef is cooked.
  3. Allow mixture to slightly cool before blending until smooth.
