Ingredients
- Bone Marrow Bones ((organic, pasture raised bones if possible) (Cut half lengthways to expose the marrow in the middle of the bone))
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a roasting dish with baking paper.
- Roast the bones, marrow side up for 20 minutes or until the marrow is cooked and pulling off the bone.
- Once the bones are cool enough to touch, scoop the marrow from the bone into a bowl plus any juices that have collected on the baking paper and place in the fridge to completely cool.
- Using a whisk or blender, whip until fluffy and white.
- Bone marrow lasts for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
