Beef, Carrot & Sweet Potato Purée

⏱ 10min

Beef is an excellent source of iron which is a key nutrient when weaning your baby. Iron-rich food is incredibly important for neurological development and low iron intake can result in reduced social development and lower IQ.

  • 150 g rump steak (diced)
  • 1/2 small sweet potato
  • 1 1/2 cup bone broth or water
  • 1 carrot (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for approximately 10 minutes or until veggies are soft and beef is cooked.
